Studies show that digital clutter can be as overwhelming as physical clutter. But in a digital age, it can be hard to manage all of it.

My approach to digital organization is a hybrid system. I start by working in tandem with you to identify the key areas to be focused on. I get as much information from you as we work together and then I spend a contracted number of hours getting all of your ducks in a row. In order to maximize your budget, the majority of the work is done away from your home (at a discounted rate) with frequent check ins. To finish up, I meet with you again in person to finalize everything.

Our sessions together will finish with a list of important information relating to what was organized and a suggested calendar to keep your digital files neat and tidy.

I’ll get your emails, folders, notifications, and calendar synced and organized. No more frantically searching or missing appointments.

It’s nearly impossible to not have a smart device these days, so why not use it to your advantage? I set up systems to help you better manage your time and notifications.

❋ Google Drive, Microsoft Suite 💻

It’s important for you personal files to be organized, backed up, and easily accessible. Whatever platform you use, we can get everything organized.

❋ Subscription Management ⌨️

It’s hard to manage the many subscriptions that we are required to have to access things. I will help you identify subscriptions you didn’t even know you had as well as pare them down to only what is necessary.

If you have an iPhone, let me help you get your apps, notifications, and other apple products in order.

❋ Photo Management and Scanning 📸

I am a big fan of sending photos out to be scanned, but if that’s not an option, I am also able to scan for you. This process takes a while, but I will work with you to make sure that it gets done.

Digital photos can be managed in a few different ways. Depending on your needs, I can also set up a back up system for your precious memories.

Pricing Structure for Digital Organization

01
Initial

$90/hr: initial, in -person organization. This first meeting is to discuss needs more in depth, gain access to digital systems, and start the process.

This is typically 2-3 hours.

02
Ongoing

$55/hr: ongoing, virtual organization. Based on our initial meeting, we will come up with a plan for a contracted number of hours. Virtual organization will take place off site. Please note, the location will be private and your information will be secure.

03
Closing

$90/hr: closing, in -person organization. To finish up your digital organization, I will walk you through anything that you aren’t familiar with. I will also leave you with any important information pertaining to your documents and files and calendar reminders to help you stay on top of your new systems.

This is typically 1-2 hours.

Digital touch-up organization is available to my existing clients at $60/hr.
